Tony has really gone great guns with not just blogging. He has found the photo slide show tool BubbleShare where he created a slide show of his cookery course. Using BubbleShare he could add audio (he has not added audio but he could), and he has placed the slide show on his blog. Tony has also found DFilm a very easy to use animation creator, and created his own movie about communication.
